Yeah, it only took me one week to update this time! All right, I'm gettin' better!

And what better time to update than when I'm at my busiest? 8D Whyyy do I do these things..

Anywho, I don't find myself posting a lot anymore 'cause, well, nothing really happens in my life. I've been eating mostly healthier for the past few weeks, but I like to treat myself to a little something on Saturdays. So yup, hopefully I won't balloon into whale-sized categories any day soon. xD And besides that, all I do is swim, do homework, watch comedians on YouTube, and read. A lot. I read an entire trilogy in three and a half days, type of lots of reading. Whoa, nerd ahoy!

Hmm, let's see then. What else could I say? c_c Well, there's only 7 weeks of classes for me left, then two weeks of exams. And then it's all over, baby! Until university in the fall, that is, but still! That leaves me almost four months of freedom back home in Canada!

Not that I don't love Europe, because I do, but I just haven't been able to click with Luxembourg. I'm really missing good ol' Deutschland, even Belgium. And, of course, Canada. I really miss the people back home in Canada. But I'll be going there for university, at least for the first year. Then I'm lookin' at going for a year on an exchange program. Yeah, that's right Sydney, Australia! I'm comin' for you in 2009! You better believe it! It's either that or Scotland, but the warmth of Australia is rating a bit higher on my scales right now. Not to mention who lives there. *Raises eyebrows at Hanna* Mwahaha.

Weeeell...yep, that's about all I have to say for now, and-SHIT. My parents are home and I have done no homework. 8| I'm dead.

Harhar, what was I saying about updating more often uh, two weeks ago? I'm not so good with the whole keeping a promise thing, which isn't hard to tell. xD But I have a good reason, really! Well, more exhaustian than anything. Lately, I've been so bogged down with school, swimming, giving up chocolate for Lent (why, God, whyyy did I do that to myself), and just trying to get by without dieing of boredom, I just can't seem to sit at the computer. I sit down, and I'm logged on MSN, but then I just go, ugh, and kind of wander away to do something else, most likely homework or reading.

So yup. Pretty much me being lazy again. Will I try to update again this weekend? You bet. Will it happen? Lord knows, I have a pile of History homework so high I get tears in my eyes just looking at it. D:

Here's hoping I'm a teensy bit more active in the future. Hurrah!

Hurrah! Told you I'd update this thing this weekend. Although I have a million other things I should be doing, I've deicded I deserve the laziness for now. X3

Well, jeez, when was the last time I really updated this thing? Before Christmas, I guess. Well, not much happened since then. The only reason I haven't updated is a mixture of a lot of schoolwork, being tired, being lazy, and good old procrastination.

Christmas went down pretty well, and my sisters are back safe in Canada. Dad's home to stay for at least five months, and there weren't too many huge blow-up fight-a-thons over the holidays. I applied to universities a few weeks ago, hopefully I can get into the University of British Columbia. I'm still thinking that after a year I might try to transfer somewhere new, like Scotland or Australia, just for something to do. XD

I finished two major projects for school this week, but now I have a new one to start, and so the cycle of working my ass off at school starts all over again. Good thing I only have classes until April 19th! But then I'm terrified about exams in May, because the scheduling makes no sense to me and fbgskjdf. But I'll survive, somehow! History is what I'm really worried about. There's just so much boring material to go over. c_c;

Ahh, let's see..other than that, I've been swimming on the swim team here Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays afterschool. That coupled with homework usually has me nowhere near the computer most school nights. And I have band early in the mornings, so no late nights for me during the week. Which is mostly why I haven't been around much, but I don't do much over the weekends. I mostly just recharge my batteries. XD Hopefully I can force myself to update more often than every eight weeks or so. I'll try to bump it up to once a week, and I promise to try to say something interesting.

Speaking of interesting! I read the first three of the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer, and I'm a total fangirl. And she's coming to Germany! Close enough for Blythe and I to go fangirl crazy and hop on a train to see her in March. Woo! The only bad part is that we were planning to go to Köln to see her, which would be the closest for us as well as the most familiar area, but the tickets to see her sold out less than a week after they started selling them. So now we have to go to some..other place she'll be at, but it's a little further away. But no bother! I'd go all the way to Berlin to see her. XD

Aaaand not much else has been happening. I've been reading quite a bit, including Patricia Briggs' new Mercy Thompson novel, Iron Kissed. I'm telling you, that book series needs more fans. A coyote mechanic girl, a sexy alpha werewolf, and vampires driving Scooby-Doo vans. What's not to love? Go out and buy Moon Called right now, it's the first book. DO IT. :B

Oh, back to the other books I've read since after Christmas..here's a list, and my thoughts briefly on each one:

Bridget Jones's Diary by Helen Fielding (God, so funny. I can't believe I waited this long to read this book)

Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason by Helen Fielding (Possibly even funnier than the first. I just wish there was a third~)

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (Just..wow. I am utterly in love with this book and all of the characters in it.)

New Moon by Stephenie Meyer (Second in the Twilight series, and another amazing novel by Meyer. I could feel my heart breaking reading this book, you just can't help but feel the pain Bella goes through. D: )

Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer (Another greal novel in the Twilight series! I reccomend anyone and everyone read these, you can't stop reading them. They're the Pringles of the literary world.)

High Fidelity by Nick Hornby (Great book, witty and just..real. It's funny in weird way, and I just love Nick Hornby's writing style.)

Size 14 is Not Fat Either by Meg Cabot (Such a cute book! And at the same time, a murder mystery..love it, can't wait to read the rest of the trilogy.)

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time by Mark Haddon (Very interesting book. It's told from the perspective of a boy with autism, and it's just..very well done. I reccomend it, it's a change of pace from other novels.)

Daemon Hall by Andrew Nance (Despite it being a short novel, and meant for younger teens, it still gave me the creeps at some parts.)

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak (Read this book. Just read it. It's about a little girl in Germany during WWII, and I just couldn't put it down once I got into it. I made the mistake of finishing the book in public and was trying not to blubber like a baby.)

I'm currently reading The Magician's Guild by Trudi Canavan. It's interesting so far. I've never really read a series about magicians before (Harry Potter doesn't count, they're not real magicians and I gave up on that series years ago XD), so this should be pretty good~

I could've sworn I read more than that, but for the life of me I can't remember any other titles..c_c Oh well, I guess that's enough to show how much of a nerd I am. XDD

And to wrap things up, I just got a phone call from my mother in Germany. My momma can be awful silly.

"I found you a boyfriend, Hollie!"
"Oh, yeah? *Eye roll*"
"Yeah! He's from Scotland, and his name is Graham! He's such a nice boy, so I gave him your MSN e-mail. :)"

At this point, I can just imagine the awkward MSN conversation that will ensue once he adds me. Fun times! XD

WHOA, IT'S BEEN TOO LONG. :C

Argh, I feel like a total dick for not updating my journal in so long. But for the last while I've been doing nothing but swimming, going to band practice, and doing homework. I am so drained, I just can't even stand to be on the computer most days. XD; But I promise! Promise! To update with shit that's been going on in my life sometime this weekend. Promise! Even if it kills me. But right now, it's Friday night and my brain is totally fried. I mean, Goddamn. So I'll be back. ♥

Also, after watching Dane Cook I seem to be swearing a lot more. Oh Dane, you're a silly bitch. 8)

Random, Almost Winter Break!

Well, I haven't had much of a chance to update lately, what with all the pre-Winter Break work being piled on at school. D: So here's a quick update, just until next week when I'll finally be finished school~ :3

Sooo, my birthday was on Tuesday. 18, baby. Let's porn! 8D It's good to be legal. My Mom and I went out to dinner with the Whittingham family, and we had a feast of Indian proportions. Mmm, yummers. I got a giant sheep teddy from the Whittinghams, a tea mug from Raylean (a random friend of Mom who came along XD) and a popcorn popper from Mom. Awesooome.

And my two older sisters came in from Canada today~ No fights yet, just happy times until they get settled. I'm enjoying the laughter. XD It's so loud in the house now! And next week my dad comes home from Kandahar, and the family will be together for the first time in two years. :3

Other than that I'll just be working on homework and projects. x_x Yup. Once I'm done everything, I'll just make a post going "WOOOOO" for an extended period of time. xDD

..Dude, I could KICK SOMEONE IN THE FACE RIGHT NOW. Not because I'm angry, but because I'm SO DAMN HAPPY THAT I FINALLY FINISHED SOME THINGS FOR SCHOOL. XD I'm currently at school right now, and I just finished all of my homework along with finally finishing the rough copy of my last project due before Winter Break.

*Kicks the air* YES. YES. YEEEES. I've been working on projects since school started, and even if it's not completely finished yet, IT ALMOST IS. I feel like dancing, but that kick already got me quite a few stares from the students here. :x

JUST IN CASE YOU WANTED TO HEAR GOOD NEWS. THIS IS GOOD NEWS. This means more updates, and more of me annoying my friends to get LJ so I won't be such a loser on here. xD;

Well, in other news! The other day we had Julie Bertagna come to our school and give a presentation. She wrote a lot of novels, including a series of books called Exodus and Zenith, which I LOVED. So I was really excited to see her. And I wasn't dissapointed! I got to talk to her privately afterward, and she's such a nice woman. @.@ She answered all my questions about being a writer and having things published, and asked me questions about my writing when I told her I would really love to have a novel published one day. She was very supportive of my ideas, and she told me it sounded like I had some really good thoughts I could write down! And then she signed my books and wrote in a little personal message in each. Eee. >w< It's inspired me to try my best at writing again, which means actually writing what I have in my head. Woop!

Ehh..not much else has happened. I started knitting a scarf. It's perdy. XD The end!

Lots of Spain pictures, new obsession, and a friend!

ASDRaoibjksdglfn GOD I'M LAZY. Sorry for not updating this sometime this week, after I got back from Spain, but..I dunno, I've been pretty much doing nothing all week. ;-; But today I've dedicated to cleaning the house and getting my personal life back on track. So I'm starting with LiveJournal, 'cause I've missed posting in it~

Well, like I said, I was in Spain for my October Break. I got back last Sunday, but I haven't been doing much since then. So lemme tell you 'bout Spain, and we'll take it from there!

Spain was awesome. Mom and I went along with this family we've become friends with; I really only like the mother and their daughter, Blythe. She's much fun! But more about her later. The weather in Spain was perfect, because it wasn't too hot but I could walk around all day with just a t-shirt on. The first few days we walked all around the town, shopped, and went to the beach across the street from our hotel. Here's just some general pictures of the trip, and some beach pictures.

We went to Gibratar one day while we were there, which is like a British colony. It's just a big..rock. With a lot of people on it. But it was really fun, 'cause we got to go up the mountain and see the wild monkies! And afterward we went on a dolphin watching tour. And we could see Africa across the water. It was really neat, and I just has to scream, "HEY AFRICA!" when I saw it. XD

And then one day, which I think was my favourite, we went to a crocodile park and saw..a lot of crocs. Including Big Daddy, the biggest crocodile in Europe! Yeaaah, Blythe and I..made a lot of jokes about Big Daddy. I scared a few of my guy friends about how "huge" Big Daddy was. XD; And I got to hold a baby croc, which was one of the best moments of my life. ;-; It was so cute.

All in all, it was a really fun trip. The only part I didn't like was the little boy named Tate. He's extremely annoying and babyish. I wanted to strangle him by the end of the week! XD;;

And then there's the week that just passed, and when I think about it, a lot has happened. Well, first Blythe let me borrow the first two books of the Mercedes Thompson series. The first is called Moon Called and the second is Blood Bound. And..oh good Lord..I'm addicted. I've become a raving fangirl about these books, and the worst part is that Blythe and I are the only people we know who have read these books. I read them both in less than three days, and I've already pre-ordered the third that's coming in January. If you like books that have sexy werewolves, vampires, and walkers (someone who can turn into a coyote at will), along with a love triangle, then you will love these books. And here I go on a rant about it. XD I'll cut it, 'cause most people might find it a little boring. But you wouldn't if you read the books!

Well, the main character is Mercedes Thompson, or Mercy. She's a walker, which means she can turn into a coyote instantly at her own will. She was raised by a pack of werewolves, the alpha, or leader, of that pack actually being the Marrok - which is like the leader of all the packs in North America. She lives next to the alpha werewolf of the area, Adam Hauptman. He's a sexy and dominant werewolf, who has claimed Mercy as his mate - not that they're actually together, but he needed to make sure no werewolves would come after her and kill her. I really like Adam's character, and although he can be frightening because of his dominant nature, he really respects and cares for Mercy. He even has a picture of her in his bedroom..which is a little creepy.

Then there's Samuel, who is the son of the Marrok. Mercedes fell in love with him when she was sixteen, but she found out he only wanted to mate with her for the sake of having children. Now he's back in her life, and he apologises and says he doesn't just want her children. Blah blah blah. To me, he can be a very kind person, but he just doesn't even seem to try to respect Mercy. He admitted to wanting to mate with her so he could have children - and even though he said it's not only that, that's a bit rude of him. 8|

And then there's Stefan, Mercy's vampire friend. But I don't wanna give too much away about him. Let's just say the love triangle might turn into a love square in the third book because of him. 8D

In short, I can't say too much more without spoiling things. It's a book series I just fell into, and ultimately fell in love with. More people need to read these books, because this series needs a much bigger fanbase! If only I could make websites..I'd make one to promote this series and all the great characters in it. So go and buy it, or borrow it! I'll buy you a copy if you like, as long as you read it and tell all your friends to do the same! Spread the werewolf love! XD Do it!

Ahh, Blythe is a cool girl. My first real friend in Luxembourg, and we both moved from the same place before~ We both rant about the Mercy Thompson books, how Mercy should be with Adam, and how we want to be werewolves and make our own pack. 'Cause we're so cool. XD I'd be the alpha, and Blythe would be my second! Come and join our pack. Joooin us~

Aaand not much happened today. I got lost in the woods for about an hour when the sun was setting and I was walking the dogs, but luckiy I kept myself calm. So no damage done there, only a few cuts and scrapes on my legs. That's what I get for wearing short-pants in the woods when I'm hell-bent on finding my way out of there. XD So, I'll update more often, so it won't be..such a huuuge post next time. o_o Wow. Yep. I've missed you, LJ!

-French..crap. Whatever.
-German test back, got a 6, which is apparently a good grade.
-History shit read.
-Worked..a bit on Historical Investigation.

-Re-did swimming schedule, moved up to 1800m in an hour
-Actually started to lose pudge. Slowly.

Ohhh, I have an idea. If anyone likes getting letters in the mail and don't mind giving out your address, you could e-mail me and we could be penpals~ It's much fun, I've done it with a few of my online friends now. 8D I can give my address, too, but I'd rather not post it up on LiveJournal..too many creepers, and I'm too lazy to make things Friend's Only.

So now I'm..trying to figure out what I should..do with myself? I guess. X3; I thought I had more to say, but not really. I've started ranting on MS Word about how my crush is driving me nuts. It helps. XD So until I find something interesting to say, I'll be lurking!

I had a really good time in Germany~ I showed up at Kristi's Friday night, and Alexia, Shaylene, Marit, Lydia, and of course Kristi were all there. We all played with a Wii for the first time! Too much fun, really. Kristi's lil' brother Brandon was playing Pokémon on it later, and everyone was saying I was way to into it. XD;

I just feeling like writing. So I'ma go on a typing spree of nothing of particular importance. So once again I'll cut it up into pieces so you can just skip whatever's boring and read the juicy bits, if you like~

Well, lately days have been..long and desperately boring. I enjoy coming here because I know at least some people have lives. ¦D; The school here is bearable, as well as the people, I suppose, but I have no desire to be friends with any of them. Just 'cause their bearable doesn't mean I can bear to be around them all day. D:

I know it sounds pathetic, but I usually eat my lunch in a bathroom stall or while walking around, then I spend the rest of lunch in the library. I'm too cool for school! I'm not depressed or upset about it, it's my choice that I do it. I have nothing to say to the people in my class, and their stupid chatter drives me mad and leads to awkward silences.I guess it just gets a little lonely without my good friends around. But it's been like that for almost fve years now..so I guess I'm used to it. *Shrugs* I only have six months of school left before I graduate, and even then I have over a month off for breaks all together. Woop~

Other than that, not much goes on around here. I do the same things to keep myself occupied; walk the dogs, help around the house, do laundry, practice my bass clarinet, do some homework. And then it's computer time! I love to be on the computer, it's my only way of keeping in touch with friends. Especially Facebook, since Eric seems to not want to ever come on MSN ever again (more on Eric later on in the scrolling! 8D) So yes, I love keeping in touch with my friends, as well as helping them out however I can. Speaking of which, I really enjoy editing stories, if anyone needs something betaaaaa'd. I'm thinking of becoming an editor when I'm older, so I want to get all the practice I can; and I think I really enjoy it. Well, I've decided just to do a big update with a whole bunch of stuff to keep people occupied (invite your friends to be my friends! I..need more LJ friends XD). Since It'll be a bit of a long entry, I've cut it up into convient little parts, so you only have to look at what you want. Aren't I nice? Aww.

So generally I've been doing pretty good. I'm starting to get into the habit of procrastinating, or..not doing my homework at all. I'm working on it. Which is why I'm on LJ instead of practicing my bass clarinet~ XD

So, I've decided just to put in a lil' update right now 'cause I am very bored, have no classes all afternoon, and am waiting for school to end so I can go to fitness swimming. :B Apparently there's a movie night at school tonight playing something like "Knocked Up" or "Disturbia". Well, I was gonna ramble on in a long story about what the hell's been going on in my life since I left LJ and decided to come back, but I'm lazy. So here goes the point-form version!

-Not even sure when or why I left LJ, but I did. 8(
-Skip to June, moved to Luxembourg from Germany.
-Went to Nova Scotia for a month vacation
-Came back and lazed around in Luxembourg.
-Started school and decided to get back into LJ for some reason. Mostly caused I missed everyone.

That's about it! My life is so exciting. And now I'm really scared 'cause it's my senior year and I have to apply for universities soon. GULP.

Also, is anyone else addicted to the song "1 2 3 4" by Feist? If not, PREPARE TO BE.

Why am I not in bed yet?! It's 4:40am, and I have a Senior Hike to go to tomorrow. Why am I so crazy? :)

In other news, I got Hanna back as a friend! I am le happy and will not abandon LiveJournal anymore in fear of losing her again.

And..I'm too tired and should be sleeping. Tomorrow I'll tell you my journey since I dissapeared from LiveJournal, like..last year? Yeah, a lot's happened since then. But don't worry, I'm the same silly girl. :3

Hey everyone, I'm back on LiveJournal. Ohhh yes, back in the random rant-ness of it all. Previously ange_anzu, before that chibi_puddin, yup. I'm back, and this time I actually might not dissapear into thin air without a reason. Hurray!

I'd like to thank San for bugging me to get a new account. She's like a lil' angel, I could just eat her up. :)

So, I don't have much to post about right now. I was going to gone on a ranty-rant about boys and how dumb they are, one in particular, but I don't feel like cluttering up my first new post with rubbish. So I'll just say that I need more friends on this thing. Yes!

I think I might post my doodles up here as well, when the mood strikes me. I haven't drawn anything seriously in over a year, but I've gotten into the habit of just scribbling stuff once in a while. Yay. :3 So yeah..maybe some day.

All right, I'm off to walk the dogs and have some tuna casserole. Mmm, tuna casserole.
